We had a very nice Stay at G31. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you would want in the Kitchen. Deck was great with a nice view of the golf course. Air con worked well. Unit was very clean and housekeeping did a nice job every day. We arranged to have a Golf cart added to the stay from the property manager. Sadly it was not included. The rental included access to all of the beach clubs. Property manager was great and was helpful. Suggestions for the owner. :Defiantly time for some new beds. It was like sleeping on a futon all week. Hard as a rock in the master bedroom. Tough to get a good night sleep, and i like a firm bed, but even my kids were complaining. We could have also used some nicer bedspreads. Only a sheet and light cotton blanket was provided. we had to pull the comforters off the extra beds. Not very Lux. Gas grill would be great. Safe doesn’t work. and they never fixed it. Could not lock up my passport/wallet. Keypad door locks would awesome.

Beautiful condominium in Punta Mita with access to all of the amenities!! We will definitely return and rent from Mita Residential again. Manuel was extremely responsive and made sure all of our transportation and questions were answered. He even provided great recommendations for restaurants inside and outside the property!
