Everything was wonderful with service and location. We had stayed at El Encanto before so we knew the property. Rocio our concierge was lovely and arranged everything we needed. The only problem was the elevator did not work the entire time we were there and one of our guests had some mobility issues so 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day was challenging as was carrying all our luggage up but otherwise the stay was lovely!

Everything was PERFECT. The property, the Concierge, amenities, services provided… everything was excellent. We will definitely be staying with them the next time we are in Punta Mita.

We are big fans of Punta Mita and the condo we rented through Mita Residential was just great. We were also very impressed by the quality of the service we received from them, especially from our concierge Viviana.
