Everything was wonderful with service and location. We had stayed at El Encanto before so we knew the property. Rocio our concierge was lovely and arranged everything we needed. The only problem was the elevator did not work the entire time we were there and one of our guests had some mobility issues so 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day was challenging as was carrying all our luggage up but otherwise the stay was lovely!

The property was beyond my expectations and we’ve been to PM many times. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and the views were amazing!
