The Estate Marietas Luxury Residence is a spectacular oceanview esta with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bahia de Banderas, including the Marietas Islands and the sparkling lights of Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, this luxury residence have 6 bedrooms and 7 and 1/2 luxury baths, and accommodations for up to 20 people comfortably.

Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
