II. Food and Beverage A la Carte
Prior to your arrival and during your stay, Mita Residential Concierge provides everything from restaurant reservations to custom-stocked refrigerators to a private chef to prepare specialty meals.

The Grocery shopping service is provided every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A service charge per trip will be applied. Guests are urged to send their F&B preferences at least one week prior to arrival date.

There is no shortage of adventures to experience during your visit to Punta Mita. Withing its gates is a tropical playground sorrounded by nine and a half miles of shoreline. It is no wonder Punta Mita is one of the world's premier destination resorts.

IV. Housekeeping Arrangements

With advanced notice, a home may be freshen up, deep cleaned kitchen and housekeeping arranged prior to arrival. Upon departure, Mita Residential Concierge can also make necessary arrangements.
Arrival and departure preparations are key part of any visitor's experience; reason why our Concierge desk provides these three types of cleaning services:
- Deep cleanings
- Pre-arrival Service
- Daily Cleaning service
- Departure service
- Amenities setting
Mita Residential Concierge (MRC) will submit an expenses statement at the end of your stay, including food and beverage receipts, housekeeping charges, staff extra hours, activities and transportation.
A 15 % Service Coordination Fee will be considered.

V. Concierge Cancellation Policies
Mita Residential Concierge primarily goal is to provide a level of service beyond our customers' expectations. To partially assist us in delivering on this promise, we have established the following guidelines**:
1. Mandatory Pre-arrival Check in
Option one:
- Open an account with Mita Residential Concierge (MRC) by wiring funds prior to arrival (a separate statement will be presented to guest at the end of each stay).
Option two:
- Providing credit card information to open a Master Account for each visit or event (all expenses relative to your stay will be charged to this cc, we do accept VISA and MASTERCARD only).
2. Guest form completed and emailed at least one week before arrival including:
- Arrival and departure information
- Housekeeping needs
- Activities /tours reservations
- Special requirements
- Grocery Shopping List
